On the day of departure after the day of skiing, does the hotel have a room to change and take a shower?

You can leave your luggage at the hotel until you return from the slopes. We have a luggage room where you can change clothes, but without a shower. You can use the bathroom in the hotel cafeteria.

Does the Hotel have a Double Bed?

We regret to inform you that the hotel does not have double beds.

What time can I enter the hotel and what time do I have to leave the room on the day of departure?

Entry to the hotel will be from 4:00 p.m., although if the room is available you can enter earlier. Rooms must be vacated before 12:00

Does the Hotel have WiFi? Is it paid or free?

The hotel has WiFi in both the reception, cafeteria and restaurant areas, it is free, ask at reception for access.

Does the Hotel have cribs? Do they have a cost?

Yes, the hotel has free cribs, but when making your reservation you must check with the hotel to request them and see if they are available on the date of your stay.

What does Half Board include? Does it include drinks?

Half Board will always include Breakfast and Dinner. No, drinks are not included in Half Board. For the night of 12/31, half board reservations, the gala dinner will be a mandatory service.

What are the restaurant hours?

The hotel has a Buffet Breakfast service, and Buffet Dinner or Menu, depending on the occupancy of the hotel with the following times: Breakfast: 07:30 to 10:30 am. Dinner: Buffet 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (may vary slightly depending on occupancy). We also have a Cafeteria from 16:00 to 00:00. These schedules may vary depending on the season, the information must be reconfirmed at reception.

When do I have to pay my Reservation?

When making the reservation through this website, you will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee, no charge will be made, payment will be made directly at the hotel, except for non-refundable/refundable promotions or offers.

What is a Promotion/Offer/Non-Refundable/Refundable Rate?

These are rates that are paid at the time of making the reservation with the credit card you provide us, without the possibility of modification or cancellation. Once the reservation is confirmed, no amount will be refunded.

Does the Hotel have Parking?

No, the hotel does not have parking, you must leave it in the public parking lot at the station, which has a price per full day of approximately €16 - €24.

Can I purchase the Ski Passes through the website or at the hotel itself? What are the lift times? What are the ticket office hours?

Hotels cannot sell Ski Passes, you can purchase them on the official Sierra Nevada website. The opening hours of slopes and lifts are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., varying depending on weather conditions. The ticket offices in Plaza de Andalucía are open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On weekends, holidays and eves, it is extended until 8:00 p.m. These ticket offices are also open on Saturdays from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for the sale of special night ski passes. These schedules may vary depending on the season, the information must be reconfirmed at reception

Can I get to the hotel by bus?

From the Granada Bus Station you can take the bus with the following schedules From Granada to Sierra Nevada From Monday to Friday: 8:00, 10:00 and 17:00 Saturday Sunday and Holidays: 8:00, 10:00, 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. From Sierra Nevada to Granada Departure from Sierra Nevada (Pradollano) from the outdoor bus parking.
