You can leave your luggage at the hotel until you return from the slopes. We have a luggage room where you can change clothes, but without a shower. You can use the bathroom in the hotel cafeteria.

We are sorry, we do not have parking on our premises. For closed parking, the best option is to leave it in the main parking lot, at the station entrance (paid) or if there is availability in the Meliá Parking next to our hotel (also paid).

Hotels cannot sell ski passes, they can be purchased on the official Sierra Nevada website https://centrocomercio.sierranevada.es/venta-anticipada. The opening hours of the slopes and lifts are from 09:00 to 17:00, depending on the weather conditions. The ticket offices in Plaza de Andalucía are open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. On weekends, holidays and eves, the opening hours are extended until 20:00. These ticket offices are also open on Saturdays from 17:30 to 21:00 for the sale of special night ski passes. These opening hours may vary depending on the season, the information must be reconfirmed at reception or on the indicated website.
